Melted Havarti cheese, tuna salad, portabella mushrooms, and roasted red peppers make the perfect dish for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 large portobella mushrooms
- ½ cup roasted red peppers
- 1 cup deli tuna salad
- ½ red onion
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove stems from the mushrooms and chop the peppers. Add peppers to tuna salad and divide among the mushrooms. Arrange thinly sliced red onions over the tuna.
- Top each with a slice of havarti cheese. Bake 10-15 min. until cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
