Grilled corn is a stable of July 4th parties, and this spicy take on an American classic is a surefire hit.
Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- ¼ cup Simply Enjoy chipotle lime butter
- 1 lime
- ½ cup crumbled queso fresco
- 1 tsp paprika
Steps
- Set a grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn until grill marks form, turning occasionally, about 7 min. Slather corn cobs with butter and drizzle with juice from the lime. Season with crumbled queso fresco and paprika.
Tips
Try shaved Parmesan or grated white Cheddar, too.
