For a fun party activity, let kids build their own mini skeletons out of the veggies. Who says you can’t play with your food?
- ½ orange bell pepper
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ bunch radishes
- ½ bulb fennel
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 2 black olives
- 1 (16 oz) container ranch dressing
- Slice the bell peppers into thin strips, the radishes into thin rounds, and the fennel into slices. Slice the carrot and celery. Chop the herbs.
- Start to shape the vegetables into a skeleton: the bell peppers as the ribs, the sliced carrots as the spine, the fennel as the legs, and the celery as the arms. Incorporate other vegetables as desired.
- Pour the ranch dressing into a bowl. Stir the herbs into the dressing.
