Transform butternut squash into a sticky-spicy side with harissa and maple syrup.
- 1 medium red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 (14 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise® Organic Butternut Squash
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp harissa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Halve the onion and cut into wedges. Peel garlic and smash the garlic using the back of a knife.
- In a large bowl, toss together the squash, onion, garlic, maple syrup, harissa, and olive oil. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20–25 min., stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender. Season with salt.
