Piling pitas high with sauce and cheese is a weeknight-friendly shortcut to homemade pizza.
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
- 4 oz pepper Jack cheese
- 2 oz deli ham
- 4 large pitas
- ½ cup Alfredo sauce
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Drain the pineapple. Shred the cheese and chop the ham.
- Arrange the pitas on 2 greased baking sheets. Spread the Alfredo sauce over pitas. Top with pineapple, ham, and cheese.
- Bake 10–12 min., until edges are golden brown and crispy. Cut up pizzas and serve.
