Skip the pasta and whip up a more nutritious version of classic spaghetti and meatballs with pre-cut zucchini noodles.
- 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature's Promise Free from Italian Style Meatballs
- 2 cups Nature's Promise Organic Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce
- 2 (12 oz) pkgs zucchini noodles
- 2 oz chunk pecorino cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- Heat the meatballs according to package directions.
- Add the pasta sauce to a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 2 min., until warm. Stir in the zucchini noodles. Cover and microwave 2–3 min., until noodles are tender.
- Serve the meatballs over the noodles. Grate the pecorino on top. Slice the basil and sprinkle over meatballs.
