Aromatic garlic and crushed red pepper add a little oomph to cannellini beans.
- 3 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- Drain and rinse the cannellini beans. In medium pot, heat oil on medium.
- Finely chop the garlic and add to oil, along with the crushed red pepper. Cook 2 min., until golden brown, stirring.
- Add beans to pot. Cook 5 min., stirring often.
