Pair these sultry mushrooms with pork chops as a side, throw into a hearty soup, or stir into risotto.
- 1 shallot
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 (8 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise Organic sliced white mushrooms
- Peel and finely chop the shallot. In a deep 12-inch skillet, melt butter on medium-high. Add shallot and cook 1–2 min., until golden, stirring often.
- Add mushrooms and cook 15 min., until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess liquid.
