This simple side is a great base for all the summer veggies you may have in your fridge.
- 1 (16 oz) box medium shells
- 2 zucchini
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 medium red onion
- ½ cup Nature's Promise® Organic Italian Dressing
- Set grill to medium-high. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Halve the zucchini lengthwise.
- Remove the stem and seeds from bell peppers and cut into quarters.
- Cut the onion into wedges.
- Grill vegetables 10 min., until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally. Chop vegetables and place in a large bowl. Add the vinaigrette and pasta. Toss to combine.
