Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 ½ cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
Steps
- Peel the cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise. Scrape and remove seeds with a spoon and cut into 1-inch pieces. Peel and dice the avocado.
- To blender, add cucumbers, avocado, lime juice, yogurt, and garlic. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
