Ingredients
- ½ (24 oz) jar roasted red peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 (4 oz) pkg goat cheese
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
Steps
- To blender, add roasted red peppers and 1 tbsp liquid from the jar. Peel the garlic and add to blender.
- Add balsamic vinegar to blender, along with goat cheese and paprika. Pulse until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
