Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs radishes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425℉. Trim radishes. Slice each radish in half and toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place radishes cut-sides down on a large rimmed baking sheet. Roast 15–20 min., until tender.
