Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 6 dates, pitted
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, and dates. Stir together to combine. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
- In a food processor or with an immersion hand blender, blend the chilled ingredients until smooth. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until smooth. Serve immediately.
