This quick and delicious seafood dinner comes together easily thanks to sheet pans.
Ingredients
- ½ (16 oz) bag chopped kale greens, stems cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (12 oz) bag broccoli florets, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 tbsp Nature's Promise® Organic Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, divided
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 (4 oz) fillets frozen Nature's Promise® Wild Caught Alaskan salmon
Steps
- Arrange two oven racks in the upper and lower thirds of oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line two large sheet pans with parchment. To one sheet pan, add the kale, broccoli, 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce, and the oil. Toss together to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer. Bake for 12–14 min., until vegetables are tender.
- Meanwhile, arrange the salmon skin-sides down on the second sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper. Brush remaining 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce all over salmon. Bake for 8–12 min., until salmon flakes easily. When done, serve salmon with vegetables.
