Kefir is cultured milk product that is very good for digestion. You can substitute buttermilk or plain (not Greek) yogurt if you prefer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed melon (about 8 oz.)
- 1 cup plain kefir or drinkable yogurt
- 3 mint sprigs
- ½ cup sparkling water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Steps
- In a blender, whiz the melon, kefir, and mint until smooth. Add the sparkling water and lime juice and blend briefly. Pour into 2 large glasses and serve immediately.
