Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 4 cups coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 10 ice cubes
- ΒΌ cup fresh mint
Steps
- In a blender, mix watermelon, coconut water, lime juice and ice cubes. Blend until mixture is smooth and icy.
- Divide among 4 chilled glasses, garnish with fresh mint and enjoy.
