This fruit-forward salad will shine at summer picnics and potlucks.
Ingredients
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup mint
- ½ cup pitted black olives
- 1 (8 oz) pkg feta cheese
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs watermelon chunks
Steps
- Quarter and slice the onion, and finely chop the mint. Roughly chop the olives and feta.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently, until combined.
